Mid-week Melt (Yin Yoga)

A slow, grounding yin and restorative inspired flow designed to help you unwind and release the weight of the week. This class blends long, supported stretches with gentle transitions and intentional pauses, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle. Expect deep holds, breath awareness, and a soothing pace that prepares you for rest — the perfect midweek exhale.

This class is welcoming for all levels, especially anyone feeling overstimulated, tired, or in need of a calmer way to move. Mats are provided.

Sunday Slowdown-Hatha/Restorative

Next Class is 3/15 at 6:30pm

Candlelit gentle flow designed to help you release the weight of the week and prepare your body and mind for the one ahead. Beginning with breathwork to quiet the nervous system, followed by mindful movement to open the body. Second half of class transitions into a yin & store flow followed by a meditation.

This class is welcoming for all levels, especially anyone feeling overstimulated, tired, or in need of a calmer way to move. Mats are provided.

Gentle Yoga - R&B flow

Next class is April 4 at 10am.

This gentle flow is a slow, nourishing practice set to soothing R&B rhythms. Movement is unhurried and accessible, with simple stretches, breath-led transitions, and moments of pause throughout. The class invites deep relaxation, release, and a calm return to the body — offering a grounded, easeful way to move and unwind.
